Secure Payments

We handle all online payments through either the Stripe or PayPal gateways for ease of use, convenience and security

No Lengthy Contracts

Due to the initial work in setting up your Shopify Care Plan we ask for a minimum 3 month contract with payment upfront. Once the 3 months are completed the plan and payment will revert to a month by month basis. From then on all we ask is you give a months notice if cancelling.

Your Care Plan Questions Answered

All prices exclude VAT.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. We also accept bank transfers from UK bank accounts.

A product upload includes adding your supplied images and product descriptions to your Shopify Store. It does not include writing copy or supplying product photos. These are down to the client to supply, else can be billed separately.

The monthly time for content changes to your Shopify site do not accumulate. If they are not used by the end of each month the hours are lost.

If your requested monthly changes, tech support or additions will take more than the plans allotted time we’ll provide a quote then a separate invoice that will need to be paid before the work is completed.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We’ll simply adjust the remainder of the month pro rata.

Absolutely not, we can work with you not matter where your location.

We offer a full monthly SEO analytical report including keyword tracking as part of our Showroom & Emporium plans. If you would like in depth SEO this is beyond the remit of any care plan and we can offer this as a separate piece of work. Please get in touch for more info.

For our Shopify care plans we require the first 3 months paid in advance. This is due to the amount of setup time involved. Once the initial 3 month plan is complete your plan will revert to a month by month basis.
